11 April International Circuit of Abruzzo - Ortona (CH)
The first round of the Italian Supermoto and International Championships in Italy took place on Sunday 11 April.
The team presented itself for the 2021 season with two drivers Gioele Filippetti S1GP and Fabio Mazzolai S2.
Unfortunately Filippetti suffered a serious hand injury following a fall in free practice on Saturday, this event precluded him from participating in the race where he could certainly be a protagonist with ambitious goals.
Mazzolai performed very well on his debut in S2 where he finished 10th in race 1 and 12th in race 2.
He needs an apprenticeship, but we see excellent opportunities for growth.
Now it is necessary to stay focused to better prepare for the second test which will take place in Ottobiano on May 9th.
