Great performances by our drivers Teo Monticelli in the S1 and Marco Malone in the On Road with constant growth for Teo and a big bitter taste in the mouth for Marco.
Teo Monticelli is adapting to the bike and especially to the 2020 tires, in the last two years the riding of supermoto bikes has evolved a lot with a completely different setting in the saddle than in the past. During the weekend we were able to notice constant progress which led him to constantly approach the best drivers on the circuit, unfortunately a fall at the first corner after the start compromised a podium that was within reach.
Marco showed a superiority of driving over his disarming opponents, pity the mistake two laps from the end in the first fraction when he had about 10 "of advantage over the group of pursuers that compromised the result of the day. In the second heat a questionable start of a competitor in the rear involved our driver making him go off the track, returned after a good comeback he classified in fifth position.
Now we just have to work as always with humility to recover the lost points.
The 2020 bike confirmed a remarkable fast and stable potential, a big compliment goes to our super technicians who are always available and capable.
In Latina we will try to conquer the positions that compete with us!
