Day with little satisfaction for the Italian and international supermoto championship held on the international circuit of Busca. Matteo Frassino showed up on the starting line with the red table of leader of the S3-under 24, unfortunately a failure generated by a defect in the construction of the bolts that block the crown caused the tearing of the bolts with breakage of the hub and of the crown with consequent retirement in the first heat. In the second heat, probably due to the backlash that the engine received inside it, he suffered a breakdown that emerged during the first lap causing Matteo to retire also in the second heat. A setback in the standings, we do not lose heart and we will do everything to try to win the title.
Alessandro Sanchioni showed that he could be constantly with the leaders, lapping at the same times, finishing fifth on the day in the S4 category; it is necessary to hit some times in qualifying from the front row to be able to aim for the podium.
Honorable race for Fabio Mazzolai, finishing eighth of the day in the hard-fought S2 category.
In the premier class S1 our drivers Gioele Filippetti and Diego Monticelli conquered the second and fourth place in the general classification of the day.
The great heat brought out the differences between the pilots who carry out the discipline as a profession and the rest of the team. Unfortunately it is the most difficult track for our team given the distance and the few data in our possession to be able to put the bikes at their best, our rivals also had already raced at the world test and have ten times more resources and means.
However, we are still fighting for the Italian S1 title and we will try until the end to develop our bike to look for the bang.
